GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT, WALKING DISTANCE TO STATION! A spacious two bedroom property, situated in a lovely location in one of Royston's most attractive avenue's. The apartment does require some cosmetic modernization throughout, but is a great size and is chain free! VIEWING A MUST!
