The property has recently undergone refurbishment which is evident in the kitchen and bathroom, although some of the finishes show the age of the building. The flat offers a spacious lounge with a walk-on balcony which benefits from plenty of natural light. The two bedrooms are of a decent size, and overall, the property provides comfortable living space for its size. However, the lack of outdoor space and the location within Hulme, whilst having good transport links, might be deterrents for potential buyers.
