While the décor is slightly eclectic, it appears to be generally clean and modern. The bedrooms are adequately sized for a property of this type. The external space is limited; however, it includes a small patio/garden area, which is adequate but not extensive. The property’s position in Garston, Watford, is advantageous, benefitting from proximity to multiple schools with good Ofsted ratings and reasonably close proximity to Garston train station. While there are some very well regarded schools in the area, the presence of a ‘requires improvement’ rated school nearby does require consideration.
