Enjoy the scenic River Thames views from this well appointed one bedroom flat with own patio in West Thamesmead. Gas heating, double glazing and a spacious rooms throughout add to the appeal.

The location offers a balance of convenience and drawbacks. Positive aspects include proximity to highly rated primary schools and relatively good public transport links to central London. Conversely, West Thamesmead is not considered a prime location within the greater London area. The small patio provides only limited outdoor space. Considering the overall condition, limited outdoor space and the property’s position in the wider London market, the asking price of £250,000 is within the reasonable range for the area but does not offer exceptional value.
