This property is a modern one bedroom flat located in the Bargate area of Southampton. The flat itself is in excellent condition and benefits from modern fixtures and fittings, as shown in the images. The location is good, with several railway stations within a reasonable distance, and a number of schools nearby. However, the property has no outdoor space, which is a significant drawback. The price is slightly below average for the area, but given the lack of land and smaller size compared to the average property in the area, the price seems reasonable.
