The annual pitch fee is in the region of £3,350 index linked to RPI and Local authority charge around £410, however both of these subject to change and will be confirmed upon inspection. The annual estimated gas and electric charges are £600 with water included within your pitch fee. These Lodges are purchased outright, finance is available but not in the form of a residential mortgage. These properties are not residential and are restricted to second home/holiday home use.
