This stunning 3 bedroom apartment is set within the contemporary Maine Tower which belongs to the fabulous Harbour Central development in Canary Wharf.

The apartment itself appears to be in good condition, although some of the photos show some minor disorganisation. The lack of plot size is typical for Canary Wharf properties, which are primarily high-rise apartments. The list price of £1,100,000 seems high compared to the average price of £865,272 for the area, but it is in line with prices of other properties in the same development. Considering the location, condition, and the fact that it is in a desirable development, the price is arguably justified, although it is on the higher end of the market.
