Perched atop the Brackenbury Cliffs in Old Felixstowe, this beachfront gem offers breathtaking sea views and boasts sliding internal doors. Beach Hut Number 351 sits just a stone's throw away from the public car park and Brackenbury Kiosk.

This property is a beach hut located in the Brackenbury Fort area of Felixstowe, Suffolk. The location is excellent, situated on the cliffs with direct sea views. The hut itself appears to be in good condition, well-maintained, and fully equipped with seating, storage, and even a small kitchenette. While the plot size is not specified, it is evident from the photos that there is a small area of grass immediately outside the hut. Given the prime location, excellent condition, and the relatively low price compared to other similar beach huts in the area (some of which are priced significantly higher), the list price appears reasonable. The lack of bedrooms and bathrooms is expected for this type of property.
